Fernando Tsukumo

A professor for 25 years and a Learning Experience Designer, he specializes in transforming everyday experiences into powerful tools for personal and professional development. He has worked with companies such as Ambev, Bayer, GE, Globo, Hyundai, Itaú, Mastercard, Nubank, Sanofi, SAP, SmartFit, and Twitter.

Currently, Fernando teaches design and prototyping in the undergraduate program and in the MBA in People Management and School Management at Esalq.

In addition, he has been working with Artificial Intelligence applied to education, supporting schools in their digital transformation and in the creation of more meaningful, personalized, and effective learning experiences.

Délia Peixoto

Délia Peixoto

Psychologist, executive, and consultant in human and organizational development, with over 20 years of experience in complex corporate environments. She holds postgraduate degrees in People Management, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behavior, along with training in Mentoring and Coaching, certification in Conflict Mediation, Team Coaching, and facilitation in Psychological Safety for Teams, working at the intersection of human behavior, organizational culture, and business performance.

She is a professor and facilitator in postgraduate and MBA programs, connecting theory, practice, and critical reflection on current and future challenges in people management.

Talita Cordeiro

Talita Cordeiro

Consultant and professor in organizational development, talent management, culture, and leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from FEA-USP. For 15 years, she worked as a specialist and executive in multinational organizations.
